I live in Arizona, so it makes it a little difficult to order a flower arrangement by phone. However, Drury Designs changed that difficulty into an easy experience. I ended up calling twice, the first to place the order & the second time (after receiving email confirmation for my purchase) to correct the delivery date) the lady that I spoke with, was extremely friendly, helpful & courteous. I originally planned on having the flowers delivered to my Granddaughters place of employment. Unfortunately, her Credit Union branch was closed. The gentleman that was doing the delivery "called me" asking for an alternate delivery address. The price, delivery fee etc. was very reasonable & the service I received was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Drury Designs to everyone.
